Float Down the Truckee River
A must do! Commercial-grade rafts available for groups of 2 to 8 people per raft. The leisurely float takes approximately 2-3 hours, beginning in Tahoe City and ending at the River Ranch Restaurant. The rafting trip passes through scenic meadows, mountains, and small rapids, making it enjoyable for all ages 2+. Rafters are encouraged to bring a small cooler with snacks and drinks but styrofoam and glass are not allowed. Our Truckee River Rafting experience is sure to create a fun and memorable adventure for all!

Shirley Canyon Hike
This beautiful route takes hikers from Olympic Valley up into the mountains above. There is a tram available during the summer. You may choose to make this trail a point-to-point by hiking up and then taking the tram back down. Please check with Palisades Tahoe for more information about the tram.
